If something won't save (e.g. provisionals) and you need the error details for support:

1. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer (not the mobile app browser if possible).
2. Open the site, then press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I (Mac: ⌘+Option+I) to open Developer Tools.
3. Click the Network tab at the top of the panel.
4. Optional: check Preserve log so the list doesn't clear when the page updates.
5. Try the action again (e.g. click Use Provisional).
6. In the list, find the row named provisionals (or filter by typing provisionals in the filter box).
7. Click that row → open the Headers tab and note Status Code (e.g. 401, 400). Then open the Response tab for the JSON message.
